Our Classes

Ora Build

Ora Build - A small group PT focusing on building lean muscle mass using compound lifting and isolation exercises. The weekly split will be upper / lower / full body. Coaching is personal to you, your body, and your ability. 

Ora Burn

Ora Burn - A high intensity workout to increase cardio vascular fitness and decrease body fat % using CV machine and body weight / functional exercises. Your coach will push you to your personal limits in a fun and enjoyable environment full of likeminded people.
